- What is a score code?
- In Buzztime Trivia, score codes are generated after each game in Single Player mode. Each score code is an encrypted code that represents the individual score, the game category, and the game format you played in (Countdown or Wipe Out).
- How do I submit my scores?
- From the home page of http://postscores.buzztime.com, once you are logged in, you can post scores for any available Buzztime game.
- Is there a limit to the number of score codes I can enter?
- You can enter an unlimited number of scores.
- When will I see my name on the Trivia high scores board?
- HIGH SCORES are updated every 15 minutes, starting at the top of the hour. Once you submit your valid score codes, you will see an updated HIGH SCORES board in the next fifteen minute period following your entry.
- How long are Trivia HIGH SCORES displayed?
- Trivia HIGH SCORES are displayed for 30 days or until the score is beaten and drops out of the top 25.
- The Trivia category rotated right after I received my score. Can I still post it?
- Yes! We rotate categories monthly, but the scores stay up for 30 days. Even if today's category has just been replaced, your score code is still valid and you will still see the category listed on the HIGH SCORES board.
- How do I update my account information?
- If you need to update your user account, send an email to support@buzztime.com. Please provide your account User Name and password.
- How do I update my phone number?
- Once you are logged in, you will see an "Edit Contact Info" link on the top, right corner of the page. Click on "Edit Contact Info," update your phone number, and click the "submit" button to save the changes.
- I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
- Send us an email at: support@buzztime.com. Provide your account user name and we will send your password to the email account that you entered during registration.
- How do I access the contest form if I am under the age of 13?
- Go here and mail the form to the address provided.
- Why is my phone number required for contest eligibility?
- Your phone number is used to contact you if you are a contest winner. We do not use your number for any other purposes.
