A: No. Points earned in Buzztime Trivia on Facebook are not associated with Buzztime.com accounts.
Q: What are Boosts?
A: Boosts are special question-altering items that can be used during a question to give you an advantage. You can have up to 99 Boosts of each Boost type:
- Clock Block: Stop the clock and get as much time as you need.
- Stripper: Remove two wrong answers and improve your odds.
- Swapper: Replace the current question with a new one to get a second chance.
Q: How do I get more Boosts?
A: When you install the game for the first time, you will get a Boost Pack – five Boosts of each type. To get more Boosts, you can invite your friends to play and ask them to “Send a Boost” to you (available from the Boost icons on the game start screen) and then accept the Boost from the Inbox. You can also “Send a Boost” to your friends. Boosts can also be earned through special promotions.
Q: How do I “Send a Boost?”
A: You can send Boosts from the game start screen and the Inbox once you’ve accepted a Boost. You are limited to sending 1 of each Boost type to a particular friend, per day.
Q: Can I purchase Boosts?
A: No. Ask your friends to play and “Send a Boost” to you. Don’t forget to send one back!
Q: What is the Inbox?
A: The Inbox is where all the Boosts your friends send you appear. You must accept each Boost before you can use it in the game. Once you accept the Boost, it turns into a “Send Boost Back” button so you can easily return the favor.
Q: How do I get badges?
A: To get a badge you need to correctly answer a question that has a badge(s) associated with it. You will not always get a badge for a perfect score.
Q: How do I get badge XXXX?
A: Some question badges are rare. To earn these badges or any specific badge, you need to keep playing and answer the badge's question with a perfect score. Use Boosts to get an advantage when you finally see your badge.
Q: I got a perfect score on a question but did not get a badge?
A: While most questions have badges associated with them, not all of them do. Earning a perfect score on non-badge questions is still an accomplishment!
Q: How many badges are there?
A: To see the amount of available badges at any given time just visit the game on Facebook and click on the "My Profile" link to see your profile. There's a spot for each available badge. See if you can get them all!

A: There can be many reasons why this is happening, so the fastest way to get to the root cause is to try a few tests in this order:
- Are you able to play the game on a different computer? If yes, then we know it's something specific to your computer.
- Are you able to try the game using a different browser? Almost all Windows PCs have Internet Explorer installed on it, so can you try it with that? If you're already using IE, how about testing it with FireFox? If you can play Buzztime Trivia in one browser but not another, then the cause is probably browser-specific.
